I know what you mean! I watched the first half of Water in Hindi when I was twelve and when I re-watched it in English, my brother and I couldn’t stop laughing, because all the pronunciations were so radically different - specially ‘Sokka’. Both of us heard ‘sock’ and then we just kept calling him Sock-guy and it became something of an inside joke.

The Hindi version was called Legend of Aang, not The Last Airbender. In case anyone cares.

Fangirling is serious business. It takes discipline, dedication, many GBs on your hard disk and a whole lot of free time. And of course a certain level of emotional instability and never ending sexual frustration that only tumblr can comprehend. But life would be so pointless and empty without it.
